A lovely 10 mile walk around the streets of Amsterdam taking in all the usual sights.
Rachel was fascinated with the 'seed' shops and there were many things in the windows not normally seen in Carlisle town centre, most well past their 'best before' date!
If you've ever been here you will know that the cyclist is king, or queen of the road, to escape without getting cleaned up is quite an achievement.
This next picture is not Amsterdam but Ireland, Amy is there at the moment and Whatsapped (?) it to us :-)
