Heading South

After a week's holiday north of the Arctic Circle the windscreen wipers were back in action today putting in a full shift! We travelled 275 miles, in persisting rain, south from Mosjoen (pronounced Moo-sher-en) to a free stopover in some woods southwest of Trondheim. We like the sound of 'free' in a country that is a tad pricey. Most things are anything between 2 and 4 times the price of Aldi back home, and as we ran out of wine about a week ago that is not good news! If it's not £3.80 for a loaf of bread then they just keep firing random road toll charges at you just for a laugh. But we suspected all this, a good job Alan Rogers is helping us out :-)

1st Photo: Kayak lesson anyone?

2nd Photo: The satnavs sense of humour, 6 miles of slippy forest track to get here.
